Booking Conditions 

for all personal development weeks 

1. If you are booking more than 10 weeks in advance you may wish to send the minimum deposit of £100 and the remainder 8 weeks before traveling. Please diary this date.

2. Refunds on cancellations are made, less  £25 admin. costs, if we can rebook. You are advised to cover cancellation by insurance.

3. Insurance against health problems is a condition of booking. We do not accept liability for medical or psychiatric conditions developing during (or after) your holiday, your holiday insurance should cover this.

4. Every effort will be made to keep to the holiday as described but it  may have to be changed due for example to staff sickness or other events beyond our control.

5. We do our best to assist all course members, however the holiday is not suitable for those too emotionally disturbed or physically disabled to look after themselves.

2.Concessions £25 reduction to Green party members or those not traveling by air.
